Carers Support South Lakes named as a Supported Charity for the Lakes Charity Classic Vehicle Show 2024

Every year we nominate a “Supported Charity” to be a beneficiary from the money raised from the Lakes Charity Classic Vechicle Show, as well as retaining some of the proceeds within the Windermere & Ambleside Lions Club Charity for local distribution. Lakes Charity Classic Vehicle Show 2023

We are pleased to announce that the Lakes Charity Classic Vehicle Show will be returning on Sunday 18th June 2023. We have re-located the event to Staveley Recreation Ground, which is located in the beautiful village of Staveley in Cumbria (postcode LA8 9LN). Staveley Recreation Ground is a smaller venue, so we will be limiting the quantity of classic vehicles attending in 2023, so if you wish to bring your vehicle along we urge you to secure your entry as soon as possible. As I hope you will appreciate, staging the event takes months of planning and, given the uncertainty for this year, we have sadly made the decision to cancel the show again for 2022. Windermere and Ambleside Lions Clubs Classic Vehicle Show has, since its inception in 2012, managed to raise many thousands of pounds for local and national charities.
